When we arrived, the second room with disability access looked dirty and sketchy, prompting us to inspect for bedbugs with a flashlight - thankfully, we found none, so we decided to stay despite the funky smell from the room's conversion to non-smoking. The service didn't care about noise, but attempts to filter the air and clean the bathroom were made. The location was convenient for our needs, though getting in and out due to traffic was challenging. Dining consisted of basic options that needed improvement.
